Yanmar America extends its support of the Atlanta Braves for the 2024 season

Yanmar America Corporation has confirmed its continuous sponsorship of the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball franchise.

Yanmar, an official partner of the Atlanta Braves Grounds Crew, will assist the Braves in their home opener against the Arizona Diamondbacks on April 5th at Truist Park in Atlanta, GA.

Yanmar is the Atlanta Braves’ exclusive tractor brand. Yanmar services and maintains these tractors on a yearly basis to keep them in excellent condition for field maintenance. These tractors were particularly modified with longer rear hitches to enable the transfer of batting practice equipment and field supplies. Furthermore, two SA223s were rigged with push-blocks and straps, allowing for the easy deployment and retrieval of the protective tarp covering the infield.

Yanmar’s YT347, also known as “the beast,” was outfitted with ultra-wide turf tires and unique wheels to power the aerator, which improved turf quality by allowing fertilizer application.
