Watch: Packers running back rushes for third touchdown against Cowboys

Aaron Jones is tearing up the Dallas Cowboys.

Jones punched in his third touchdown with 6:38 remaining in the third quarter on a second-and-7 at the Dallas nine-yard line, giving the Packers a 34-10 lead. Jones has run for 59 yards on 16 attempts through three quarters.

It’s no surprise that the Packers are demolishing the Cowboys’ renowned defense. During the regular season, Dallas was seventh in the league in points allowed (18.5). However, their run defense was a flaw that should have been corrected. They were 17th in rushing yards allowed (112.4).

Meanwhile, Jones, a former Pro Bowler, is on a tear. According to StatMuse, he carried for 358 yards in his last three games, which is the highest in the league.

Dallas’ D-line issues must be addressed in the draft. Otherwise, top rushing attacks will continue to exploit the Cowboys in key games.

ESPN’s Matt Miller has predicted that they would take Ohio State edge-rusher J.T. Tuimoloau with the 28th choice in the 2024 NFL Draft.
