Ross Halls spoke with former Ipswich Town attacker Alun Armstrong about his time at Portman Road and what he has been up to since leaving the Blues.
Armstrong joined Town from Middlesbrough in December 2000 and played 94 games for the club, scoring 19 goals in three and a half seasons.
