Two Former QBs for the Colts Find New Destination

As the second half of the NFL season begins, two former Indianapolis Colts field generals have found fresh starts with new teams.

It’s been reported that former Indianapolis Colts quarterbacks Carson Wentz and Jacob Eason have found homes with new NFL squads.

After spending last season with the Washington Commanders, Wentz has had trouble finding a new team. That search came to an end Tuesday, as Wentz is signing with the Los Angeles Rams and could start right away.

“Carson Wentz is signing with the Los Angeles Rams, per source,” ESPN‘s Adam Schefter posted on X.

Given how Rams starting QB Matthew Stafford is dealing with a thumb injury, and former backup signal-caller Brett Rypien didn’t play well against the Green Bay Packers last week, it makes sense that Wentz gets the chance to shine again.
