Tim Steidten is bringing a 22-year-old to West Ham in January as part of an extraordinarily intriguing plan

Malick Thiaw, a defender for AC Milan, is the target of many teams in the January transfer window, including West Ham.

Malick Thiaw is reportedly firmly on West Ham’s radar, according to a report from Italian journalist Manuele Baoicchini via Tutti I Giorni.

David Moyes, the manager of the Hammers, is reportedly in a bidding war with Real Madrid for the 22-year-old following Tim Steidten’s advice.

The East London club is after the outstanding talent from Germany, who has two caps, since Moyes is looking for another defender.

Additionally, it appears that West Ham is planning a January raid for the Milan star.

The move by Tim Steidten to bring Malick Thiaw to West Ham in January is tremendously exciting.
According to Manuele Baoicchini of Tutti I Giorni, the Hammers are in the running to sign the 6’4″ defender.

There are rumors that West Ham is ahead in the competition to sign him and bring him to the London Stadium this winter. What a fantastic acquisition he would be.

Although Thiaw’s primary position is central defense, he is also capable of playing right back or even in defensive midfield.

The German has averaged 1.1 tackles, 2.7 clearances, and 1.7 successful aerial duels per game in seven Serie A appearances for AC Milan this season (Who Scored).

He averages 67.3 passes per game and has a 92.8% completion rate, which is quite remarkable (Who Scored).

The 22-year-old (Sempre Milan) will reportedly fetch roughly €30 million (£26 million) from Milan.

That would, in my opinion, be excellent value for West Ham, and if David Moyes can bring Malick Thiaw to the London Stadium for a price even remotely close to that, we’ll have pulled off a tremendous coup.
