The decision by Birmingham City increased the speed for rival star

Kieran Dewsbury-Hall of Leicester City sought to add “fuel to the fire” with his goal celebration at Birmingham City.

Teammate Stephy Mavididi had initially startled the home crowd by sitting on the advertising hoarding and staring up at them while celebrating his opener. Every time he touched the ball after that, he was booed.

When Dewsbury-Hall scored Leicester’s second goal, he replicated the action of stirring a pot in front of the Birmingham fans.

When asked about Mavididi’s celebrations after the game, Dewsbury-Hall stated he didn’t know why he did it, but the Leicester-born midfielder said he did it to “add a bit of fuel to the fire.”

He went on to say: “I don’t know what Stephy was thinking for the first one.” Mavididi retorted, “I don’t know what he was thinking (for the second).”

“Stephy rattled some of the Birmingham fans after the first goal, so I just thought I might as well add a bit of fuel to the fire,” Dewsbury-Hall continued. At the end of the day, it’s all in good humor.”
