The 24-year-old Burnley player has “many” clubs interested in him and he wants to play more

Arijanet Muric, the goalie for Burnley, has been benched for every Premier League game this season. However, we now have some information regarding his potential future.

Though the player is “focused” on the Clarets, Sky Deutschland writer Florian Plettenberg notes on Twitter that he wishes to play more frequently.

It also transpires that he might have some options outside of Burnley, as there are ‘ideas’ regarding a loan with a buyout option during the January transfer window.

Plettenberg asserts that Muric is regarded “very highly” by “several” clubs. Among them are cities like Sevilla and Union Berlin.
His Clarets contract expires until in 2026, and Transfermarkt values him at €9 million. At that price, he may go for a fair amount.

This season, Muric has made two appearances for Burnley, both of which were in the EFL Cup. Despite being their primary starter in the Championship the previous season, James Trafford’s arrival—who cost €17.3 million and was recruited from Manchester City—changed that.
