Seahawks should be concerned about the disturbing news regarding a key player

From a record perspective, the Seattle Seahawks are about to embark on one of their most crucial phases of the season.

Seattle needs these next two weeks to go well in order to gain momentum before the toughest part of the season, which includes games against the Commanders and the Rams.

After an injury scare, all the Seahawks can hope for is that one of their key players is available for this stretch of play.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has become one of the team’s better weapons despite a few less-than-spectacular offensive performances by the group as a whole in recent weeks.

Throughout this period, there has been a great deal of variation in the play-calling, offensive line play, and quarterback play, but JSN has been able to make an impact.

For the remainder of the season, Seattle only needs to hope that JSN’s recent injury scare doesn’t cause any issues.

You don’t want to lose one of your more underappreciated offensive players at this point in the season. Although DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are talented enough to offset such a loss, it’s also reasonable to argue that Smith-Njigba has been playing more consistently than his teammates in his recent games.

This is the ideal time to use every weapon to gain momentum before playing the teams in the later half of the schedule that will undoubtedly make games boat races, as the Commanders and Rams are struggling defensively.

Seattle will need JSN to be healthy and on the field as much as possible if they hope to achieve this high offensive threshold.

Hopefully, there is nothing to be concerned about in the end.
