Roster Moves: Colts put 8 rookies on trial on Tuesday, including…

The Colts were very active on Tuesday, aiming to replenish some roster depth at wideout and cornerback.

According to Aaron Wilson of KPRC2, the Indianapolis Colts tried out eight players on Tuesday, including veteran wideout Jarvis Landry.

Landry, WR Keke Coutee, WR Kendall Hinton, WR Adam Humphries, WR Jaydon Mickens, DB Craig James, DB Anthony Johnson, and DB Darius Phillips are the eight players.

Of course, the fact that the Colts worked out a lot of wide receivers and cornerbacks comes after both cornerback Tony Brown and wideout Isaiah McKenzie were suspended for three games (i.e., the rest of the season) for ‘behavior detrimental to the team.’

Coutee is clearly a recognizable face, since he was brought back for another look.

While Landry is the most well-known player in this group, he has 713 receptions for 7,870 yards and 38 touchdown grabs in 132 career games (116 starts).
