In a rare and poignant moment, Mahomes took to Instagram to apologize to his 1-year-old son, Bronze. Mahomes highlighted Bronze’s full head of curly hair, which he sarcastically blamed on genetics, writing, “Sorry for the hair bro, runs in the family,” followed with two laughing emojis. The tweet highlighted the closeness between father and son and exposed Mahomes’ fun side as a dad.
However, just a day after this heartfelt apology, Bronze’s recent behaviors hinted that the young Mahomes may already be spoilt by his superstar father. Patrick’s wife, Brittany Mahomes, posted a humorous Instagram story on July 18, 2024, that had followers in stitches.
In the video, she asks Bronze, “What is in your mouth?”… Hey! “What did Daddy give you?” The child, with naughty eyes and a mouthful of stuff, remained mute while covering his mouth with his tiny hands. Brittany’s laughing and Bronze’s playful disobedience created a heartwarming and amusing moment.

Brittany captioned the collage “My babies,” with happy tears and white love emojis, and tagged Patrick in it. These photos provided insight into the Mahomes family’s love relationship.
Interestingly, both of Mahomes’ children have inherited their parents’ curls. Brittany, with her wavy blond hair, and Patrick, with his tight brown curls, have passed on these characteristics to their children.
