One thing is clear for the Browns after their loss to the Seahawks

This week will be painful for the Cleveland Browns due to their loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

With two yards remaining on third down and trailing 24-20, the Browns had a chance to win the game, but they were unable to convert. Rather, P.J. Walker committed his third turnover of the contest, which led to the Seahawks winning.

After this game, it is clear that Cleveland cannot rely on P.J. Walker to start at quarterback. Walker will make the game tough for the Browns if he starts it.

In the NFL, capable backups control the game and reduce turnovers. Walker didn’t accomplish that; instead, his carelessness clinched the deal for the Browns with a subsequent interception. Walker completed with a touchdown and 248 yards on 15 of 31 passes. The most notable ones include a fumble and two interceptions.

Walker often failed to continue through the game; instead, he focused in on an individual and proceeded in that direction. He fumbled in the first half and lost it because he didn’t see a blitz coming.

Walker wasn’t retained by the Chicago Bears for a reason. They are a terrible squad that chose to start an undrafted rookie instead of Walker.

Yes, Kevin Stefanski made a dubious play call that resulted in the game-changing interception late in the game. The ball then struck a helmet before exploding into the air. It makes no difference because Walker frequently turns the ball over in situations like this. Walker has turned the ball over six times in three games thus far.

The defense stiffened up after giving up 17 points in the opening quarter and held opponents to a single point till the end of the game.

Deshaun Watson must return to Cleveland, or at the very least, he must perform marginally better than average. The Browns will win games if they receive that. This club is in desperate need of mediocre quarterback play, but they’re not receiving it.

For the Browns, it’s back to the drawing board at 4-2. The question of whether Watson will be able to play against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 9 will remain unanswered for another week.
