Nottingham Forest have been given a severe transfer blow by Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur has delivered Nottingham Forest a transfer blow ahead of the January transfer season.

Despite Forest’s interest in the Genoa defender, reported Reds target Radu Dragusin has “already said yes” to the north London club.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham are planning a verbal offer for the defender, who has already accepted to join Ange Postecoglou’s squad.

“EXCL: Tottenham are ready to send the first verbal bid for Radu Dragusin, as revealed last night,” Romano wrote on X. Dragusin has already agreed.

“Todibo deal could collapse soon — as timing with OFC Nice will be slow and Tottenham want new CB to join next week.”

It comes after claims that Forest had “made contact” with Genoa about a possible move. Tottenham was also mentioned as being interested, and it now appears that Spurs have stolen a march.

According to sources, Milan, Napoli, and Atalanta are all interested in the defender.
