No longer visiting the Texas Longhorns, the South Carolina Gamecocks transfer wide receiver

Juice Wells, a former standout player for the South Carolina Gamecocks, may be the suitable substitute for the outstanding trio of pass catchers that the Texas Longhorns are searching for via the transfer portal.

The Texas Longhorns are hoping to be the last team standing in the College Football Playoff as they are having their greatest season in almost 15 years.

Steve Sarkisian is now planning how to outschedule Kalen DeBoer, but he is also considering 2024. The Longhorns have a serious need at wide receiver as early signing day and the transfer portal open. Quinn Ewers, the quarterback, may return, but Texas will likely lose its top tight end and three best receivers to the NFL.

While it’s encouraging that Texas is once again producing NFL talent, they will need weapons if they are to compete at the highest level. The Longhorns are looking to the portal for assistance as well, even as Johntay Cook II has waited his turn and is prepared to take over. Antwane “Juice” Wells, a pass-catcher from South Carolina, is one of their main targets.
