Tennessee will play against Oklahoma on September 21 in Week 4.

The game is a Southeastern Conference battle, and the Sooners joined the league in July.

On Monday, the SEC released the kickoff times for Week 4 football games. The Tennessee-Oklahoma game is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on ABC.

The game will be Josh Heupel’s first against the Sooners as Tennessee’s head coach.

Heupel was Oklahoma’s starting quarterback when the team won the BCS national championship in 2000.

From 2011 to 2014, he served as Oklahoma’s co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Between 2006 and 2010, Heupel was entirely responsible for the Sooners’ quarterbacks.

Heupel began his coaching career in 2003 as a graduate assistant at Oklahoma.
