Moyes denies claims that Hammers fail to entertain

David Moyes has denied allegations that the Hammers fail to entertain fans.

At least one reporter raised a question that required an answer during the manager’s press conference earlier today.

The manager has been heavily lambasted for his preference for a counter-attacking style of play this season, as well as the fact that the club has now gone seven games without a win.

When pressed, he categorically denied that he is struggling to strike a balance between the demand for results and the need for entertaining.

Finally, good news: at least one member of the media corps had the bravery to ask him a question and listen carefully before responding.

He is definitely aware that this is a topic that is putting more pressure on him virtually every day, especially after Arsenal’s O-6 setback.

However, he took the question in stride and declared:

“I think we have been really good entertainment, I think we have scored more goals than we ever had before, I think we have three or four players playing with the biggest countries in the world in our club so I think we are in a really good place”
