Milwaukee Bucks have signed a promising young Australian star

The Milwaukee Bucks did not make any game-changing deals before the NBA trade deadline. However, they did sign Patrick Beverley, who is without a doubt their most significant midseason acquisition.

As it turns out, the Bucks aren’t done yet.

The Milwaukee Bucks have opted to sign a player from halfway around the world. Milwaukee has officially confirmed Jaylin Galloway, a 21-year-old forward, as their latest roster addition.

As the following tweet shows, Galloway has signed a two-way contract with the Bucks. As a result, he will most likely spend the majority of his time as a bench player with the Bucks’ NBA G League club, the Wisconsin Herd.

Galloway established his name in professional basketball in Australia, where he played for the Sydney Kings of the National Basketball League. According to an official press release on NBA.com, Galloway was a finalist for the NBL Most Improved Player Award this season. This comes after the young man increased his scoring average from the previous season.

Galloway averaged 10.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.2 steals per game over the course of the season.

Galloway is unlikely to have a huge impact on the team this season, but the Bucks’ addition of young talent to their roster is a positive step forward.
