La Liga side is ‘eager’ on exercising the player’s contract option, leading to speculations of a Leeds United transfer

‘Real Betis looking to exercise Marc Roca option to buy’

Reports in Spain claim Real Betis are looking to take up the option inserted into Marc Roca’s current loan deal and complete a reported €12million move. Estadio Deportivo claims all parties would be happy with the outcome, especially the Spaniard himself.

Roca has shone for Manuel Pellegrini’s side this season and has earned a call-up to Spain’s international squad as a result. Betis and Leeds United are said to be happy with the ‘operation so far.’

Roca would be in line for his Spain senior debut if he does make an appearance for Luis de la Fuente’s squad.

‘Leeds United would accept right bid for Gnonto’

Football Insider claims Leeds United would accept the right offer for Wilfried Gnonto amid recent transfer speculation linking him with a move away from Elland Road. The young Italian international was linked with a move to Everton in the summer transfer window, and after a period out in the cold, was reinstated into Daniel Farke’s first-team plans.

However, the young forward hasn’t started Leeds United’s recent run of games, fuelling speculation linking him with a move in the January transfer window. The report claims Gnonto would be allowed to leave if an offer matched their ‘lofty evaluation’ but it fails to name the reported asking price set by the Whites.
