Kevin Stefanski responds to Deshaun Watson’s incredible comeback against the Ravens following a terrible start

Kevin Stefanski, the head coach of the Browns, was extremely impressed with Deshaun Watson’s comeback against the Ravens.

Whatever you think of Deshaun Watson, he led the Cleveland Browns to a significant victory in the game against the Baltimore Ravens thanks to a remarkable comeback. He obviously impressed head coach Kevin Stefanski, so much so.

Early in the game, it appeared as though it would be a blowout. Watson appeared, to put it mildly, unimpressive. His passes were erroneous, and the Browns offense was struggling to generate any momentum. But the seasoned quarterback ended up throwing at 100% in the second half after returning from halftime.

According to Browns team writer Scott Petrak, head coach Kevin Stefanski seemed extremely pleased with Watson’s performance during the post-game press conference. Stefanski referred to Watson as “a warrior” multiple times.

Deshaun Watson has had a difficult season, but this was a good performance from him. He suffered a shoulder injury that kept him out for several weeks, but in the second half against Baltimore, he came on. The Browns have a chance to win against any team if Watson can play that well.

With 213 passing yards, a touchdown, and an interception for the day, he finished first. Watson sprinted for 37 yards as well. The Browns defeated the Ravens thanks in part to his accuracy in the second half. Furthermore, the defense’s style of play was very helpful.

Cleveland’s season record now stands at 6-3, and they are leading the AFC North. They’ll be a formidable team in the latter stages of the season if Deshaun Watson can keep performing like he did on Sunday.
