Joel Bitonio Discusses His Clear Views Regarding Joe Flacco’s Time

Someone capable of saving the Cleveland Browns’ season was desperately needed.

In the process of preserving his career, Joe Flacco came to the rescue.

Following Deshaun Watson’s season-ending injury, Flacco guided the team to the postseason, inspiring a fervent atmosphere at Cleveland Browns Stadium and winning back the fans’ faith.

Even though everyone is aware of how the team’s season ended, Flacco had a fantastic run.

Veteran Joel Bitonio had nothing but positive things to say about him because of this.

Regarding his time with the club, Flacco discussed how much of a fantastic guy he is, the work he did to get to know them, and how much of a legitimate member of the locker room he is (via Daryl Ruiter).

Even at this stage of his career, he believes he has a future in the league.

Flacco demonstrated his ability to make an impact and help a club win a few games.

Few seasoned quarterbacks would be willing to accept a backup position, have a good outlook, and have a positive influence on the locker room.

If the Browns decide to keep him, that would not be remarkable.

They have a lot of faith in Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who may be selected for QB2, but he may stay on as an experienced leader and mentor.

Nobody ever imagined they would be cheering for Joe Flacco, of all people, in 2023, but that is exactly the way things work in the NFL. The Browns’ bright season was ruined by injuries.
