Flacco led an underdog Baltimore Ravens squad to a Super Bowl victory over the San Francisco 49ers years ago, and while he never made the Pro Bowl, he established himself as a reliable quarterback for many years.
His stats in three games with the Browns haven’t been spectacular in certain aspects — he has a 57.9 percent completion rate and has thrown five interceptions — but he has 939 yards and seven throwing touchdowns.
Three of those interceptions occurred against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, a game the Browns were on the verge of losing when Chicago quarterback Justin Fields nearly connected on a last-second Hail Mary touchdown pass.
The Browns are currently in fifth place in the AFC, but they will have a somewhat challenging schedule to end the regular season, as they will play the Houston Texans, New York Jets, and Cincinnati Bengals.
