J.J. McCarthy highlights his winning record at the NFL Draft Combine

J.J. McCarthy is expected to be a first-round choice in the 2024 NFL draft. McCarthy is presently ranked No. 23 on Mel Kiper Jr.’s newest Big Board, although his draft prospects have been hotly contested.

McCarthy didn’t have to make showy plays at Michigan, and he didn’t throw the ball very often. McCarthy attempted only 713 passes over his two years as a starter. However, he claims that the scouts should focus on his record because he just cared about winning.

McCarthy also provided his scouting report, which stated that he wants to win.

McCarthy completed 240 of 332 passes for 2,991 yards, 22 touchdowns, and four interceptions against Michigan last season. He frequently made smart throws and avoided forcing anything. Many fans, however, are curious about how his game will transition to the NFL.
