“It’s time…”: Vincent Kompany offers a progress claim ahead of West Ham clash

Vincent Kompany, the manager of Burnley, has said that it’s time to start converting better performances into wins, beginning with the match against West Ham today.

Despite the gloomy atmosphere that has prevailed at Turf Moor in recent weeks due to some straight league losses, Kompany has taken heart from his team’s performances, which have at least been improving.

The Clarets were the superior team in their previous home game, a 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace, but they lost 3-1 to Arsenal in their subsequent match, where they once again put on a strong display.

Despite the fact that Burnley only has four points, which puts them at the bottom of the division, Kompany remains optimistic that his team is improving.
