Less than five players missed practice this week, with three of them taking time off for rest. This gives the Seahawks a short injury list to start the week. Due to a hamstring strain, Tyler Lockett has been unable to practice on a regular basis for the past few weeks. Lockett has not missed a game despite the injury, and he is performing well right now. He just finished an eight-catch, 92-yard performance that included a touchdown late in the game. Due to a bicep injury, tight end Colby Parkinson was unable to participate in practice on Wednesday and was limited on Thursday. Parkinson played through the injury in Week 10 against the Commanders, just like Lockett.

Abraham Lucas, a second-year right tackle for the Seahawks, made his first practice return in a long time. He hasn’t played in eight weeks. After sustaining a knee injury earlier in the season, Lucas was placed on injured reserve and had limited activity in his first practice following the injury. Due to a right hamstring injury, Pro Bowl punter Michael Dickson was limited during the first practice of the week.

Guard Anthony Bradford returned to practice as a full participant after missing the previous two games due to a knee injury, while guard Damien Lewis was limited on Wednesday due to a back injury.

While no players were absent from Wednesday’s practice, four Rams players—among them, standout rookie Puka Nacua—were limited. Although quarterback Matthew Stafford was unable to play in the team’s most recent game, he was still able to recuperate during the week off. Stafford practiced fully today and is anticipated to start against Seattle.
