Alabama has been college football’s greatest team for nearly two decades.

Still, the man behind it all, head coach Nick Saban, left after the 2023 season, allowing the squad to hire Kalen DeBoer as their next coach. I don’t have anything against DeBoer, but he’s not close to Saban. Alabama will undoubtedly lose players and recruits as a result of Saban’s departure.

Crimson Tide football is the largest thing in Alabama. It easily outperforms everything else, even Aubrun football. Even still, Alabama players will sometimes opt not to play for the Crimson Tide or the Tigers, as the finest wide receiver in the state did on Tuesday.

Dillon Alfred Commits To Ole Miss

According to Hayes Fawcett from On3.com, “Class of 2025 WR Dillon Alfred has Committed to Ole Miss”.

Alfred is from Saraland, Alabama, and On3.com ranks him as the state’s top wide receiver in the 2025 class.

Ole Miss Is Becoming A PowerHouse

Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss’s head coach, has had an excellent offseason. It began when he went crazy on the transfer site this offseason, signing big players. He is currently crushing it in terms of recruiting.

Ole Miss might be a legitimate danger in the SEC, but now that Texas and Oklahoma have joined the conference, it’s going to be much more difficult to win. Ole Miss is doing an excellent job of ensuring that they can continue to compete for many years to come.
