Georgia Football’s projected defensive depth chart…

The NCAA transfer site, NIL, and opt-outs for NFL-bound players have ushered in a new era of college football in which roster volatility has become the norm for teams outside of the College Football Playoff entering bowl season.

With Georgia’s exclusion from the 2023 College Football Playoff, the Bulldogs have not been immune to this new trend, as 15 scholarship players from the 2023 roster have already entered the transfer portal prior to the Orange Bowl.

In the midst of the roster uncertainty, here is a projected depth chart for Georgia’s defense heading into the Orange Bowl v. Florida State on Dec. 30.
