Georgia football gives 4-star RB recruit…

The Georgia Bulldogs have awarded a scholarship to Jaylen McGill, a four-star running back recruit.

McGill belongs to the 2026 graduating class.

McGill plays high school football for Mountain View Prep in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He had previously played for Broome High School in Spartanburg, South Carolina. During his recruiting cycle, the outstanding running back is ranked fifth in South Carolina.

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound running back is the No. 306 prospect in the country and the No. 26 running back, according to 247Sports.

Kirby Smart and Georgia have recently seen a wave of recruiting success. The Bulldogs have the SEC’s second-best recruiting class in the 2025 cycle.

The Spartanburg standout has recently received scholarship offers from Alabama, Rutgers, and North Carolina State. He publicized his scholarship offer from the Georgia Bulldogs on social media.

Georgia football is constantly seeking for the next great running back. The Bulldogs have only one pledge in the class of 2026: five-star quarterback Jared Curtis.
