Fraser has joined Southampton on a permanent basis from Newcastle United, signing a two-year contract.
Last season, the 30-year-old winger was on loan at Southampton, where he helped Russell Martin’s team win promotion to the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Chalboah has moved to Crystal Palace from Chelsea on a season-long loan.
The 25-year-old defender was granted permission to depart the club after being excluded from the team’s pre-season tour of the United States.
During his loan from Chelsea in 2018/19, he made 44 appearances for Town and scored once. That season, Ipswich were relegated to League One.
