faces threats from Ohio State and Alabama in the recruiting of a four-star wide receiver

Texas football head coach Steve Sarkisian and the Longhorns are currently in the midst of what appears to be a pivotal summer for the program’s future path.

Texas is coming off an appearance in the College Football Playoff semifinals, where they were defeated in heartbreaking fashion by the Washington Huskies in New Orleans, but Sarkisian believes the program is at its highest level in years as a result of the team’s recent success.

Of course, staying consistent on the recruiting trail is an important aspect of any college football coach’s job, and it appears like Steve Sarkisian is accomplishing exactly that, albeit with other blue blood institutions following on his heels.

Aside from Texas football, Taz Williams Jr.’s top 10 includes Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, Baylor, and a few more. Williams is a member of the Class of 2025, and as an in-state student, it’s understandable that Sarkisian and the Longhorns would want to secure his pledge.
