Eagles head coach’s crude taunt at Chiefs supporters goes viral

Nick Sirianni was all over the tunnel celebration in the tunnel following the Eagles’ victory against the Chiefs in Week 11.

In Week 11, the Philadelphia Eagles finally exacted some retribution on Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas Chiefs, defeating the AFC West squad 21-17 in a Super Bowl rematch. For Philly, it seemed like more than just a regular-season game win, particularly for head coach Nick Sirianni, who did not hold back from trash-talking Chiefs supporters at Arrowhead Stadium following the game.

“Hey, I don’t hear s**t anymore Chiefs fans,” Sirianni shouted at Kansas City fans as he was walking in the tunnel. “See ya!” he added.

The Eagles sideline boss handled himself in a less than dignified manner, which is probably why Chiefs supporters did not like him, but Sirianni deserved to at least celebrate. Imagine all the negative press he has been subjected to since the Eagles’ Super Bowl loss to the Chiefs. For a brief moment, Sirianni felt completely at ease expressing his emotions and dancing over irate Chiefs supporters.

After that game, Sirianni and the Eagles hardly had much to rejoice about, but Marquez Valdes-Scantling’s downfield error late in the game ended the Chiefs’ hopes of defeating Philadelphia once more. With two rushing touchdowns, Jalen Hurts led the Eagles, and the defense of Philadelphia did just enough to stifle Kansas City’s explosive offense. Moreover, DeVonta Smith amassed 99 receiving yards on eight targets and six receptions.

Arriving home in Week 12, Sirianni and the Eagles take on the Buffalo Bills with a 9-1 record and a four-game winning streak.
