Many of the Las Vegas Raiders’ players can be deemed underappreciated.

Dylan Parham, an offensive lineman, is considered one of those underestimated talents. In a recent Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast, our own Hondo Carpenter Sr. was joined by Zeke Trezevant, our assistant beat reporter. Both got the opportunity to discuss a variety of topics, including the NFL Combine, the 2024 NFL Draft, free agency, and more.

One of the subjects highlighted was Parham’s status as an undervalued member of the Silver and Black offensive line. Trezevant had the opportunity to express his thoughts about Parham.

“I think he is a star. As you mentioned, two years in, he has a lot of potential. He may not be receiving much love because of his position on the offensive line, which is one of those units that only gets notice when things go wrong. That is part of it. But I also feel this way because he is a relatively quiet person. He is occasionally neglected; if he were more loud, he would receive more attention.”

“There is no debate about his on-field production and adaptability. In terms of on-field presence, the child is quite knowledgeable about the game. There is no doubt about him, but he is often missed since, A, he plays offensive line, and B, he is simply quieter.

Parham completed the 2023-24 NFL regular season with an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 60.4, a pass-blocking grade of 61.8, and a run-blocking mark of 57.6.
