Birmingham City has signed Taylor Gardner-Hickman from Championship side Bristol City.
The 22-year-old Shropshire-born former West Bromwich Albion midfielder has signed on loan with the option of a permanent contract.
He is the League One promotion favourites’ 12th signing of the summer transfer season.
Gardner-Hickman, who joined Bristol City on loan from Albion in August 2023, has made 40 appearances for the Robins and scored once.
“It’s all about building good depth within the squad,” Blues manager Chris Davies told BBC Radio WM.
“He is still young, but he has good Championship experience with West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City.”

“Another example who falls into the category of Championship-level players who believe in the project that we’re building here.”
