After just 11 games as the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, David Tepper has made the decision to let Frank Reich go.

Tepper posted a statement online, saying, “I met with Coach Reich this morning and informed him that he will not continue as head coach of the Carolina Panthers.” “I want to thank Frank for his dedication and service, and we wish him well.”

For the sixth straight week, the Panthers scored 15 points or less in Week 12.

Ben Johnson, the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions, interviewed with the Panthers during the offseason last year, but he finally made the decision to return to Motown because he felt he had unresolved business with Detroit.
