Deshaun Watson discusses his season-ending shoulder injury in an emotional manner

Deshaun Watson, the quarterback for the Browns, had to take ten seconds to gather himself on Wednesday.

Tears were streaming from his eyes, causing them to swell and move. He was unable to express how he felt about missing the entire season due to a broken throwing shoulder bone.

“It’s really difficult,” he remarked, pausing briefly to contain his tears once more. “I’ve heard about it, but I’m going to make sure I stay afloat, stay in touch with all the guys, and help them as much as I can. I’m also going to attack this post-surgery rehab process and make sure I’m doing everything I can to help this team even though I’m not actually playing with them on the field and I’m also getting ready for next year.”
