The Rams acknowledged the move, which is considered to be essential for his growth.
Darren Robinson, a Derby County midfielder, has signed on loan with Hartlepool United of the National League.
The midfielder will be with Pools until January. Robinson is the captain of Derby’s under-21s and has four appearances for the first team.
Derby have big hopes for the Northern Ireland under-21 international, and the transfer is expected to help him improve.
“I’m delighted to get this opportunity to join such a big club on loan,” stated the striker. “I can’t wait to get started and hopefully have a successful period here – I’m really looking forward to it.”
Robinson received Derby’s Scholar of the Year award in 2022 and 2023, and in May, he signed a two-year contract extension at Pride Park.
He will wear the number 26 shirt at Pools and witnessed his new teammates’ 1-0 triumph over Tamworth last night. He may make his debut against Wealdstone this weekend.
