Dan Carter discusses the one aspect that has the potential to change the outcome of the final

Even the most renowned and accomplished rugby player, Dan Carter, experiences anxiety from time to time.

Carter is still actively involved in rugby even though he is no longer playing for New Zealand in the renowned black jersey, and it is evident that the pressure of the moment hasn’t diminished for the legendary player.

Carter said to supporters on a private broadcast channel, “Game day baby doesn’t get any better than this,” adding, “I’m so nervous I can’t sit still, I’ve just found myself pacing all around the hotel all day.”

The former flyhalf is finding it difficult to deal with the fact that the All Blacks are in the final for the first time since Carter won the World Cup himself.

The All Blacks love to play with the ball in hand, so it could be a bit of a disadvantage against a really strong, physically fit Boks pack. I don’t know why I’m so anxious about the rain, he said.

This game will come down to two or three small but crucial moments that will matter a lot. These moments usually occur around the 65-minute point of the game. We can succeed if we can act and provide in those situations. Ideally, South Africa will eventually suffer a loss in the World Cup final. That record is incredible; they sound so good.

He ended, “May the best team win.”
