Damian Lillard Hit A Pullup 3 At The Buzzer To Win In OT Over The Kings

On Sunday night in Milwaukee, the Bucks appeared to be in complete control after building a 12-point lead in the early fourth quarter after dropping two technical free throws after Mike Brown absolutely lost his mind on a no-call against De’Aaron Fox.

That seemed to wake up the Kings, who progressively reeled in the Bucks before tying the game at the buzzer on a Fox layup following a missed free throw by Giannis — after the Bucks elected to foul up three early with 10 seconds on the clock.

The Kings started overtime strong, taking a six-point lead, but it was Milwaukee’s turn to close the gap, fouling Fox with less than 5 seconds remaining. Fox missed his initial free shot but made his second, giving the Bucks a chance, but with no timeouts, they had to go the entire length of the court to score.

They had Damian Lillard inbound the ball and go collect it right away, dashing past midcourt and then to his left, pulling up from well beyond the arc for a classic Dame buzzer-beater.

It was a wild game and one of Lillard’s first defining moments in a Bucks uniform, as we’ve seen him do in Portland, but now he gets to send the Bucks faithful home pleased with some heroics at the buzzer.
