Colts’ Michael Pittman Jr. alleviates injury concerns after…

On Saturday, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. was hit hard by Pittsburgh Steelers safety Damontae Kazee.

Colts fans (as well as Pittman’s fantasy football managers) held their breath as they saw the promising wideout on the ground after the hit. Pittman left the game with a concussion and did not return, leaving supporters concerned about his health and future.

Pittman, on the other hand, has allayed concerns regarding his injury with a brief but comforting statement on X (previously Twitter).

“I’m all good,” Pittman shared.

Kazee was also disqualified for a hit on Pittman, who finished with 78 yards on four catches and five targets. Despite this, his receiving yardage total was the highest of any Colts or Steelers player.

Despite his encouraging words, it’s unclear whether Pittman will be able to play in Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons at home. Given that the Colts are still in contention for an AFC playoff place with an 8-6 record following their 30-13 victory over the Steelers, Pittman will do whatever it takes to play. However, concussions are a complicated injury, and players react differently to them.

Pittman is easily one of the most important — if not the most important — offensive weapons for the Colts, who have also won three of their last four games, so his status in Week 16 and beyond will be closely monitored by Indianapolis fans — and, once again, fantasy football owners, particularly those whose teams made the playoffs.
