Chiefs Cheerleaders Contribute To One Of The NFL’s Most Creative Schedule Release Videos

In its never-ending effort to dominate sports headlines every month of the year, the NFL has even made the announcement of its upcoming schedule a simultaneous televised event on ESPN and NFL Network.

In addition to the live TV program, the 32 NFL franchises frequently get creative with their schedule announcement films, and this season has been no exception.

This year alone, we’ve seen the Los Angeles Chargers mock Harrison Butker and Aaron Rodgers, the Lions recruit famous Detroit residents Tim Robinson and Sam Richardson, and the Titans bring back viral “Red Stallion Girl” for a re-do of their iconic 2023 man-on-the-street film.

The Kansas City Chiefs cheerleading squad joined in on the fun, posting a video of themselves announcing the team’s 2024 schedule while wearing elaborate makeup styles.

The Chiefs will attempt to make history in 2024 by becoming the first club to win three straight Super Bowl titles, having defeated the San Francisco 49ers last season and the Philadelphia Eagles the previous season.

Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City are not the outright betting favorites to win this year’s Super Bowl, as the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers have slightly better chances.

As Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs will play their first game of the season on Thursday, September 5, when they face the Baltimore Ravens in an AFC Championship rematch.

Following Week 1, the Chiefs will play the Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers (twice), New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, Las Vegas Raiders (twice), Tampa Bay Bucs, Denver Broncos (twice), Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, and Pittsburgh Steelers this season.
