The Cleveland Browns have made several quarterback moves ahead of their Week 14 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Browns announced on Saturday that they had waived P.J. Walker and promoted Joe Flacco from their practice squad. While it’s reasonable to expect Walker to be re-signed to Cleveland’s practice squad, the Browns will enter Sunday with only two quarterbacks on their active roster: Flacco and rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

It’s unclear who will start at quarterback for Cleveland. Thompson-Robinson started a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers after Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending shoulder injury before suffering a concussion in a Week 12 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Because of Thompson-Robinson’s injury, Flacco started for the Browns in their Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Despite the defeat, the former Super Bowl MVP played admirably, completing 23 of 44 passes for 254 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.

With Thompson-Robinson in concussion protocol for the majority of the week, Flacco took the majority of first-team practice reps. Thompson-Robinson, on the other hand, was cleared on Friday, with Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski declining to name a starter ahead of Cleveland’s pivotal Week 14 matchup against 7-5 New York.

“Both guys practiced this week,” Stefanski said, according to NFL.com. “Both guys practiced well, but I’m not going to name a starter.”
