The Kansas City Chiefs’ star was thankful that Trump survived the massacre in Pennsylvania.

Patrick Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star quarterback, discreetly conveyed appreciation to his 2.6 million Twitter followers on Saturday, June 13, that Donald Trump survived a horrific shooting.

Trump, 78, was on stage at an open rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when a 20-year-old gunman started fire, shooting multiple bullets at the right-wing politician running for president in 2024.

While one person died and another was injured, Trump survived the confrontation with slight wounds and was released from the hospital later that day.

Many individuals, including Barack Obama and his current presidential competitor Joe Biden, have expressed their relief at his survival, with the latter calling the shooting “sick,” and the Chiefs’ quarterback is similarly relieved to learn he is okay.

The three-time Super Bowl champion took to X.com, formerly Twitter, and shared a tweet from Rich Eisen that stated, “Thank you to the Secret Service heroes who threw themselves into what appeared to be a hail of bullets.” Find out who committed this and prosecute them to the full extent of the law. None of this is acceptable. “Praying for everyone in Butler, PA.”

So, in addition to his relief, Mahomes is calling for justice, which is not surprising given that the 28-year-old was close to a shooting during the Kansas City Chiefs’ championship parade in February 2024.

On that day, 33 individuals were injured at Kansas City Union Station in Missouri, one of whom died, while two adults were charged with murder and a slew of other felonies on what was intended to be a happy day for Chiefs Nation supporters.

Mahomes announces new family

Patrick Mahomes’ family is expected to expand during the 2018 NFL season, as his wife, Brittany, confirmed she is expecting his third child on Friday, July 12.

The couple already has two children: Sterling Skye (born in 2021) and Patrick Lavon Jr. (nicknamed Bronze), born in November 2022. The couple is frequently featured on social media since their parents are quite proud of them.

We don’t yet know the gender or potential names for the newest member of one of America’s most popular sports families.
