Breaking: Ex Ohio State QB hired as Wisconsin wide receivers coach

According to various sources, former Ohio State quarterback Kenny Guiton is planning a reunion with his old coach.

Guiton is leaving Arkansas after three years to become the team’s wide receivers coach at Wisconsin. He’ll join a coaching staff lead by a former Buckeye in Luke Fickell, who was Guiton’s assistant coach at Ohio State from 2009 to 2013. Fickell was also the head coach of Guiton in 2011.

Guiton takes over for Mike Brown, who left to become Notre Dame’s wide receivers coach.

Former Ohio State quarterback has coached at Houston, Louisiana Tech, Colorado State, and Arkansas. He most recently served as the Razorbacks’ interim offensive coordinator in 2023.

Guiton was a fan favorite at Ohio State, as he went 89-134 for 893 yards, 16 touchdowns, and four interceptions.
