A more positive development from the weekend is Chris Sale’s second consecutive fascinating appearance.

Though Sale struggled with control, he struck out five of his seven outs. Sale is healthy and productive, as his velocity reached 97 once more, and the movement on his breaking pitches was flawless on several occasions.

Sale is off to about as fantastic a start at Spring Training as anyone could have hoped.
