Town will play pre-season friendly against Bundesliga clubs Borussia Mönchengladbach and Hoffenheim during a short training camp in Germany next month.
The Blues will face Borussia at the ATS Sportpark in Heimstetten, on the outskirts of Munich, on Friday, August 2nd, at 2.30pm local time (1.30pm UK).
The next day, Town will face Hoffenheim, who finished seventh in the German top division and qualified for the Europa League last season, at the Kufstein Area near the Austrian border south of Munich (KO 1.30pm local time, 12.30pm UK). Both games will be open to fans.
The matches come in addition to two one-hour friendly against Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk on Saturday, July 20th, at the conclusion of Austria’s training camp, which begins this weekend.
Town will host Fortuna Düsseldorf at Portman Road on Saturday, July 27th, with tickets going on sale Friday.
Town played two Bundesliga teams in the Innsbruck Cup pre-season competition last summer, winning 1-0 against RB Leipzig and tying 1-1 with Werder Bremen.
