Birmingham fans were moved to tears by Jude Bellingham’s message to Jobe

Following Jude Bellingham’s letter to brother Jobe, Birmingham City supporters did not take long to reply.

Jude Bellingham reacted quickly to his brother Jobe’s impressive goal-scoring performance on Saturday against Birmingham City.

Both brothers are lifelong supporters of Birmingham City, having grown up there via the youth system.

But during the summer transfer window, Jobe signed with Sunderland, while Jude left for Dortmund and then Real Madrid.

Additionally, Jobe scored during the weekend’s 3-1 Championship victory over Wayne Rooney’s team at the Stadium of Light under Tony Mowbray’s leadership.

After Nazariy Rusyn flicked the ball on, Jobe converted a corner kick to give the Black Cats the lead in the 17th minute. But the former Blues player didn’t rejoice.

However, Birmingham pulled even in the thirty-first minute when Jay Stansfield assisted Koji Miyoshi to make it 1-1 at the break.

After an own goal, Sunderland regained the lead. Fourteen minutes into the game, substitute Adil Aouchiche scored his first goal for the team to seal the victory.

Jude congratulated his brother on Instagram following the game, writing, “Brilliant bro,” and “Enough said.”

Birmingham City supporters took note of Jude’s compliments, with @BluesJack_commenting, “Really going to cry man, we have Jude celebrating against us.”

@LivParkesy_KRO stated: “It’ll be sound if he was supporting his bro after he scored but after your team lose big nah.”

“He’s supporting his brother what you want him to say?” @Swiftyyy_97 retorted.

Jobe has also had a strong start to the 2023–24 campaign. Under head coach Tony Mowbray, he is now a mainstay in midfield and has also seen action as an attacking midfielder and striker.
