Birmingham City’s game was postponed due to illness.

We regret to announce that Sunday’s match versus Birmingham City has been postponed.

The decision to postpone the match stems from an unfortunate outbreak of illness in our camp following Sunday’s encounter against Wolves; the team has been unable to train this week due to the extensive impact on both players and staff personnel.

Initially hopeful that afflicted persons would recover in time, more have fallen ill this week, making a major section of our squad and staff unable for the forthcoming encounter.

The Club prioritizes the health and well-being of its players and personnel, and in light of the current situation, we have made the painful choice to postpone the match. Both clubs are currently working together to agree on a new date for the match.

We sincerely apologize to our fans for any inconvenience, particularly those who had purchased tickets or matchday experiences for the original date. The Club will contact you with further information and arrangements in due time.

We appreciate your compassion and ongoing support at this difficult time. Everyone’s health and safety remain our number one priority.
