Birmingham City To Sign Target After…

According to journalist Alan Nixon, Birmingham City will need to wait until late in the transfer season for Crystal Palace to confirm Jesurun Rak-Sakyi’s availability.

Tony Mowbray admires the youthful attacker, who piqued his interest while on loan at Charlton Athletic in League One last season.

Mowbray may take Rak-Sakyi to St Andrew’s this month to bolster his squad.

Crystal Palace are interested in Birmingham midfielder Jordan James, whom Italian club Atalanta has been trying to sign.

If Palace makes an offer for James, the Blues may gain more clout in their pursuit of Rak-Sakyi.

Birmingham have already contacted Crystal Palace to express their interest in signing him.

However, it is believed that Palace will make a decision on his future late in the transfer window.

Birmingham may even have to wait until Thursday’s deadline to see whether they can sign Rak-Sakyi.
