Amon-Ra St. Brown intends to bring up another blocking style for Lions

Amon-Ra St. Brown is attempting to modify his blocking technique after using his helmet and receiving a fine.

When the Detroit Lions travel to New Orleans Saints in Week 13, they’ll be looking to get back on the winning track. Thanksgiving Day marked the Lions’ Week 12 home loss, and they required a late comeback to defeat the Chicago Bears in Week 11. In that particular game, standout wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown received a fine for colliding with Chicago defensive back Jaquan Brisker with his helmet.

For that hit, St. Brown was fined more than $43,000. He practiced for a while, honing his blocking technique. He wants to avoid getting fined for his efforts and does not want his blocking to cause any injuries to himself or any other players.
