Alabama QB is arranging something hot this season

Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe is putting in effort this offseason!

After falling one game short of a national championship berth in his first season as a full-time starter, he is doing everything he can to bring the Crimson Tide back.

Milroe shone in his debut season, throwing for 23 touchdowns and only six interceptions while also scoring 12 times on the ground to demonstrate his dual-threat abilities.

But, with the good, came the bad.

The quarterback struggled as a drop-back thrower, especially early in the season, causing some snags in Alabama’s attack.

The Tide was thrashed by Texas at home before coasting to a victory over South Florida. After the first three weeks of the season, Nick Saban appeared weathered, owing in large part to the team’s quarterback uncertainty.

When Alabama started SEC play, Milroe took over at quarterback, leading the team to ten consecutive victories and defeating defending champion Georgia in the SEC final game.

Though he improved throughout the year, his passing skills remained under scrutiny.

He’s working hard to rewrite the narrative before 2024.

A boasted Jalen Milroe flashed an improved throwing motion.

He was able to finish 65% of his tries last year, although his footwork and technique were frequently critiqued.

Even on his best plays, his form seemed off. Take a look at his stunning game-winning touchdown pass against Auburn in the regular season finale.

While he found his guy in the endzone in dramatic way, his throwing motion was unusual. The herky-jerky wind-up is followed by a nearly sidearm delivery.

Milroe understands that he won’t always have six seconds to sit back against a two-man rush.

He’s been working on a quicker, more fluid release this offseason, which he teased on social media.

He also looks to have spent a significant amount of time in the weight room.

A video has surfaced of an exceptionally ripped Jalen Milroe demonstrating the new style during an offseason training session. Fans were eager to respond.

“Did bro completely change his throwing motion in 2 months??”

“His throw’s got an extra whip to it.”

“Throwing motion already looks better.”

“Motion looks more compact.”

Milroe is ready to lead Alabama in his senior season next autumn, hoping to return to the playoffs. We’ll see if his new throwing technique pays off when he returns to under center.
