Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. has committed to play for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Alabama legacy DB commit Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. @KirkpatrickDre was an opportunist Saturday in the AL-MS All-Star Game. He is on campus for the Tide’s Bowl Prep. He talks playing style and why he is headed to T-Town.

Kirkpatrick is a 2024 defensive back out of Gadsden City High School in Alabama, and he is rated three stars by numerous recruiting services. He is the son of Dre Kirkpatrick, a former Alabama defensive back who played for the Crimson Tide from 2009 to 2011.

At the next level, the in-state prospect is expected to be a defensive back. At 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, he is a tough defender who roams the secondary, looking for opportunities to create turnovers.
