Alabama LB vows Crimson Tide dynasty is ‘not ending’ under Kalen DeBoer

Nick Saban’s 17 seasons as Alabama’s head football coach resulted in national championships, stability, and consistency.

Kalen DeBoer is now attending the Crimson Tide’s program from Washington. People are interested in seeing if he can continue Saban’s legacy of greatness, domination, and culture. Some are concerned that DeBoer will not be able to sustain Alabama’s success; yet, a current Tide linebacker believes the dynasty is ‘not stopping’ under DeBoer.

Keanu Koht, a former four-star in the 2021 signing class, expects big things from the Crimson Tide under their new coaching staff.

“Everybody knows the mission,” Koht stated on Tuesday’s episode of The Bama Standard. “The ultimate goal is to be a champion and win titles, and everyone who has come is pleased to be here. They acknowledge that they play for the University of Alabama, which has one of the most illustrious traditions in college football. “I believe everyone will carry out their actions and execute.”

Koht suffered injuries throughout his first two seasons, but he returned to full strength in 2023.

He recorded four tackles, including 1.5 for loss.

It will be interesting to watch him grow next fall.
